ZFS in Open Source Operating Systems

The Zettabyte Filesystem (ZFS) is one of the most advanced open-source filesystems available today. It comes from (Open-)Solaris and ships with the FreeBSD operating system. This talk will give a short introduction to ZFS, list supported operating systems, briefly explain legal and license issues and give a look at its (possible) future.
