Thousand Parsec: create and conquer your own universe in 15 minutes
I'll give a quick overview of what Thousand Parsec already is. I'll introduce the protocol, the main server and client and show a few game modes. After that I'll briefly say something about other servers and clients (including AI). I'll highlight some of the future plans we have. Finally I hope to give some ideas about how this might project be fun for both game players and developers.
Thousand Parsec is a framework for creating space empire games (4X games), inspired by classics like Stars!, VGA Planets, Master of Orion and Galactic Civilizations.
