Low latency in Gervill and JavaSound
The shortcomings of JavaSound and a proposal for how to fix it.
Currently it is not easy or even possible with the current JavaSound API to write low-latency audio application without resorting to using external libraries. Also JavaSound doesn't readily support 5.1/Surround or HD audio. I want to talk about those shortcomings of JavaSound and give a proposal on how to fix it.
I also want to make a demonstration of low-latency in Gervill.
