Code, Release, Market

Key points to follow when trying to grow a project from its first release to a mature state.
What's important when you start writing a project is not what matters most when the project is widely spread. Each stage in the life of a project has its own priorities, that's what I'll try to clarify here.
We'll also see a series of tips about code maintenance, marketing actions ans everything that can helps you promote your code and get more contributions.
As a background, I'll use the experience of the Dancer project, which has become quite popular and widely used in the CPAN community after two years of development.
