Thomas Harte

Thomas Harte wrote his first open source emulator in 1998; since 2015 he has been releasing the MIT-licensed Clock Signal, primarily an 8- and 16-bit home computer emulator that applies a signal processing tilt for video and audio accuracy and to minimise latency, for Linux and the Mac. During daylight hours he is a professional C++ developer working on financial trading infrastructure; he previously spent a decade as a mobile engineer.
