Paul Frazee
Paul Frazee has worked in decentralized and distributed technology since 2014 when he helped cocreate Secure Scuttlebutt. Since then, he's become a core member of the Hypercore Protocol team and cofounded the Beaker Browser, a peer-to-peer Web browser.
