Michael Burger
Michael Burger studied computer science at the Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUD). Since 2012 he works as a Scientific Assistant at the Institute for Scientific Computing. From February 2013 until the January 2016 he awarded a full scholarship at the Graduate School of Computational Engineering within the “Excellence Initiative” of the German Federal and State Governments. He graduated in 2017 with his dissertation on the development of a parallelized simulation framework for Super Carbon Nanotubes. His research interests are efficient parallelization strategies and performance optimization of algorithms with a focus on cryptanalysis on quantum-safe cryptographic schemes.
