César is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Software and Computer Systems working with Benoit Baudry at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He is generously funded by the Wallenberg Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP), funded by Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation. His current research is focused on software diversity, automatic program debloating, and software specialization. He also does knowledge-seeking software engineering research, e.g., by extracting useful information from data stored in software repositories. In particular, he is interested in measuring the impact and pervasiveness of bloatware across large-scale software ecosystems.
