Bernd Ocklin
Bernd Ocklin, is responsible for MySQL Cluster product, joined the MySQL organization as of September 2005. He first worked as a solution architect for highly available distributed databases and cluster solutions and is now running the MySQL Cluster development at Oracle. To his credit, Bernd has designed and programmed data mining software in addition to writing a database core prior to using MySQL databases. The outcome of such work has proven extremely useful in big scale data processing, i.e., for fraud detection at the world’s largest derivatives exchange.
