He is a core team member of the Jikes RVM as well as helping to develop JikesNODE and PearColator (A Jikes RVM Operating System and Legacy Code Execution Environment), writing automatic parallelizing compiler optimisations, designing parallel computer architectures, considering new operating system design and generally working with the Java programming language.
