Redon Skikuli
Redon is the co-founder of Open Labs hackerspace in Tirana, Albania. He has been engaged in free software community building for more than five years at a local and regional level. He is one of the co-organizers of OSCAL, Wiki Weekend and is heavily involved in the development of Identihub (a free software visual identity management platform) and CityZen mobile app.
