Infrastructure services fail – At least from time to time. Providing users with a central point of information is vital in particular when your usual ways of communication (e.g. your website) are broken.

Infrastructure services fail – At least from time to time. Providing users with a central point of information is vital in particular when your usual ways of communication (e.g. your website) are broken. When disaster strikes, updates must be published quickly and with little effort. Credentials must be known, templates available and the full service inventory and its interdependencies externally documented.
