Frederik Questier
Prof. Dr. Frederik Questier is a founder of the Open Patent Office. He also works at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where he focusses on the intersections of openness, innovation, technologies, education and the medical sector. He is also a co-founder of Chamilo, a Free open source e-learning platform.
