After Engineering studies in France and in the US (Bachelor/Master/University Teaching degree at Ecole Normale Superieure (Paris, France) in EE and MSc in EE/CS at Texas A&M), I worked on telecommunicatioins engineering projects in France, US and Chile (Telecommunications expert for 6 years for EDF - the french utility company - and official representative at IEEE Technical Groups and ZigBee Alliance. I did then work as CTO for a french telecommunications companies developing a open-hardware FPGA-based router-board (OpenPattern) and I am currently working for a Linux-based VoIP company developing an IPBX appliance. This IPBX will be designed under the OHANDA trademark strongly supporting the OpenHardware philosophy of sharing hardware design experience and publish the project design files for the community.



I am a member of the OpenSpectrum Alliance aiming at defending the freedom of the frequency spectrum in the WSD (White Space Devices).
