Technical director of Linux Caixa Mágica, the portuguese Linux distribution. He participates in several european research projects as TotalRecall, EDOS and MANCOOSI.

Caixa Mágica is an open source-oriented company, with more than 30 employees and a revenue over 5M euros, responsible for the main portuguese Linux distro and considered by Deloitte the #47 FAST EMEA company in terms of growing.



Paulo lectures at ISCTE-IUL, Lisbon university, and he is author and co-author of 4 books about Linux and more than 100 articles and presentations.
