Boriss Mejias
Ph.D. student at the Université catholique de Louvain. Main developer of Beernet, and also one of the developers of the Mozart programming system. He was the release manager of Mozart 1.3.2. He writes a column in a Chilean journal, and in Manzana Mecanica to promote Free Software and Free Culture.
