Keysigning: master hashes of list of participants

The FOSDEM 2010 keysigning party is now taking place outside. If you were
in room Ferrer on time, you would have been able to read the master hashes from the projector. If not, find them on https://fosdem.org/2010/keysigning.

Alternatively, if you don't trust https/pki/cacert/..., and there is a trust path between your PGP key and Philip's, you can find the hashes on

and their detached signature on http://ksp.fosdem.org/files/ksp-fosdem2010_hashes.txt.asc
