Theodore Ts'o

Theodore Ts'o has been a Linux kernel developer since August, 1991, and is generally acknowledged as the first North American Linux Kernel Developer.

He is the ext4 filesystem maintainer, and the primary author and maintainer of the ext2/ext3/ext4 filesystem utilities. He founded and organizes the Linux Kernel Summit, an annual event which brings together the top 75 Linux Kernel Developers for a world-wide summit. He is a member of IBM's Linux Technology Center, and is currently on a two-year assignment with the Linux Foundation where is serves as Chief Technology Officer
