Robert Schuster
Robert Schuster likes all things Free Software and especially the GNU Classpath project to which he has been contributing since 2004.
In 2007 Tarrent, the company he works at, launched Jalimo. This project aims at bringing steady and maintained support for Java-like environments (using GNU Classpath and the various free JVMs) to Linux-based mobile devices.
Robert is also involved in OpenEmbedded which is a Free Software project delivering a powerful all-purpose (cross and non-cross) compilation and packaging environment. OpenEmbedded supports various CPU architectures, C libraries and compiles ~15000 packages. It forms the base for other popular projects like OpenMoko, Angstrom and of course Jalimo.
