Keith Bergelt is the CEO of Open Invention Network (OIN), the collaborative enterprise that enables innovation in open source and an increasingly vibrant ecosystem around Linux that has received investments from IBM, NEC, Novell, Philips, Red Hat and Sony. Mr. Bergelt holds degrees from Duke University, Southern Methodist University School of Law and an MBA from Theseus Institute in France.

His industry expertise includes: Open source, Innovation, Corporate strategy, Intellectual Property and its role in Economic Development, Devices (i.e. mobile handsets), displays (i.e. glass and backplane), and subdevices (i.e. IC) technologies.
