Stephan Binner has been contributing to KDE since 2001 in the areas of coding, packaging, promotion and editorial work. His name appears in the "About Authors" boxes of Konsole and Konqueror.

After his studies he started to work at SUSE as desktop engineer in 2005. His recent contributions include the Kerry Beagle front-end and work on the Kickoff start menu of openSUSE 10.2.
