Nicola Pero is developer for GNUstep-make and gui. He wrote JIGS (the GNUstep Java/Objective-C bridge), contributed to the GNUstep backend libraries, Objective-C runtime library, testsuite, and something to most other GNUstep core packages. Wrote tutorial documentation.
