McCoy Smith
McCoy Smith is the Founding Attorney at Lex Pan Law (www.lexpan.law), a full-service technology and intellectual property law firm based in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. He is also Founder at Opsequio (www.opsequ.io), an organization offering virtual open source program office services. He is a long-time public speaker in the free and open source legal community, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Open Law, Technology & Society (JOLTS).
