John Lionis
John Lionis is a Percona Junior Security Engineer. John holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering and an MSc in Medical Physics. He has been working as a Junior Security Engineer for the last year and has a few years of experience in IT field engineering. He has gained experience in Incident Response and Forensic Analysis, Internal auditing and pentesting, log reviewing etc. He is also certified as an OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) since 2018. Working closely with the Security-Compliance, IT and Legal Teams, he has developed a solid background into deploying security principles in alignment with GDPR and ISO directives.
My main interests include:
Penetration Testing. Reverse Engineering. HamRadio activities.
In one sentence I like to describe myself as a constant learner - noob by choice! Last but not least, I support almost everything free and open source as a natural choice for every human being.
