Ricardo has worked in the opensource world since his MSc thesis, focusing in innovation projects related to networking such service function chaining, BGPVPN, filing a patent about an statefull openflow-based LBaaS, etc. Currently, he is core reviewer/committer of the following projects:
- OPNFV Apex
- OpenDaylight Ansible southbound plugin
- Networking L2GW OpenStack plugin
