Tom Hacohen
Tom has been using Linux since 2003. Driven by his passion for computer security and privacy, he created EteSync (end-to-end encrypted and journaled address book and calendar sync solution) and was previously a core developer and part of the leading team at SHR (Openmoko's OS), an effort to make a fully open smartphone. He's very active in the Open Source community, and contributed to many open source projects over the years including Enlightenment (core dev), libunibreak (core dev - used by fbreader), and was even nominated for the "HaMakor award" (Israeli equivalent to the FSF award).
Tom has previously presented at FOSDEM, LinuxCon EU, ELCE, SOSCON, Tizen Developers' Conference, and other smaller conferences.
