I'm an experimental physicist leading a university research group on low-temperature nanophysics in Regensburg, Germany. There, we need to perform complex measurements and control our equipment. In my free time, I'm a Gentoo Linux distribution developer, packaging as diverse things as Perl, LibreOffice, or glibc. By now I am a FOSDEM regular, and you can often find me at our Gentoo stand.
