The Vimeo magic is a wonderful collection of Open Source multimedia tools, all able to talk together, whether processing video or audio or images. But what really matters in the Open Source philosophy is the people who are behind this incredible movement.

In this presentation, we will explore how Vimeo leverages open source and how healthy it is to give back to the community whenever possible. Many Vimeo developers are also members of relevant Open Source projects, taking part in application and API design, maintainability and infrastructure discussions.
