The OpenStack Infrastructure team manages a fully open source infrastructure which includes a continuous integration system, as well as tools OpenStack developers around the world use on a day to day basis. This includes the OpenStack wiki, IRC bots, Etherpad, ELK stack and more.

This talk will explain how we've open sourced all of our configuration with Puppet and challenges faced by both our team and downstream consumers of our infrastructure.
