Mark McLoughlin

Mark McLoughlin is a 32-year-old Irishman, living by the sea in Dublin, Ireland and working remotely on OpenStack for Red Hat. He's been with Red Hat for 9 years now, originally working on the GNOME desktop before working on all things virtualization - i.e. xen, kvm, qemu, libvirt, RHEV and, for the past 18 months, OpenStack.

In OpenStack, he is the PTL of the Oslo project, a member of the Technical Committee, a member of the Nova core team and manages the stable branch.

Outside of work, He's married to a tax lawyer and has a 2 year old daughter. He's into the likes of sailboat racing, hiking and running.
