Ian Ó Maolchraoibhe
Ian Ó Maolchraoibhe LLB LLM is a PhD candidate at National University of Ireland, Galway. He is currently completing his PhD on the internationalization of free software and open source software licensing and its relationship to contract law and private international law. He has been in receipt of several scholarships for fourth level teaching and study and has also worked on "digital divide" projects both in Chile and Cuba. He has lectured on the theoretical basis of copyright at NUIG and has given papers at several international conferences on aspects of free software and open source software licensing.
