We'll look at how Opscode, Puppet Labs, and CFEngine are approaching training. We'll discuss how participants learned to automate. What are the necessary pre-requisites? What tools are essential to getting started? What are the differences between getting started with automation for a project and joining a project with automation already in place? Let's set aside our framework biases and figure out some ideas on how to get new people started with automation.
