Why did mozilla spent a year working on a new Just-In-Time compiler when we already had JäegerMonkey? IonMonkey is a big chunk of code, many persons want to contribute and don't know where to hack their ideas.
This presentation introduces the design of the compiler and shows development tools & tricks to experiment with the generated code.
