Guillaume Lelarge is involved with the PostgreSQL community as a contributor, and as an evangelist. He developed many patches for PostgreSQL, pgAdmin, pgpool, check_postgres, Slony, etc. He's even a commiter on pgAdmin, pgpool, and check_postgres. As an evangelist, he wrote many articles in french computer magazines, translated the PostgreSQL manual, and Greg Smith's book, and gave many talks in France. He's also vice-treasurer in PostgreSQL Europe.

At work, he's the CTO of Dalibo, a french company highly specialized on PostgreSQL. He's often on customer's workplace to provide support and training.
