David Tenser
David Tenser is a longtime contributor to Mozilla and the Firefox and Thunderbird support sites, authoring major parts of help content from the early days of the Foundation.
He first got involved with Mozilla in 2002, when the Phoenix project launched. In late 2007, he left his previous job as a software engineer to work for Mozilla full-time as the Firefox Support Manager.
