Jakub 'Jimmac' Steiner has 2 passions : Music and Gimp !
Even if he is not a musician, he enjoys making some dance music, but the most important thing is that he enjoys the power of free software and he is proud to contribute with some graphics.
Jakub is one of the artists at Ximian, Inc. Although he has a degree in Economics at the Technical University in Liberec, he's spending full-time on computer graphics.
He uses the GIMP as the main tool for bitmap graphics. He contributed more than 2000 icons to various Gnome projects including GIMP itself. He also wrote a book about the GIMP (http://www.neo.cz/koupit.php?kkk_gimp=1 -- link & book is in czech). |
