Having spent almost 10 years working in the utility sector, and a further 16 years in the financial services sector, I joined RedHat almost 2 years ago and have been working at the Adoptium project since. Having performed every role across IT, before settling in to a DevOps / SecDevOps roles. I have been part of a large number of exercises in assessing and meeting regulatory requirements and framework, this has allowed me to combine skill sets, to help assess and implement tools and processes to meet the newly imposed IT security frameworks, that are becoming ever more prevalent.
Outside of work, my time is taken up by board games, and a 5 year old golden retriever.
