Joris Herbots is an enthusiastic computer science Ph.D. candidate at Hasselt University in Belgium. His main research interests are computer networking and security, especially multimedia streaming and transport layer protocols tickle his fancy. Apart from his time spent on research, he enjoys swimming and being an amateur photographer on nature walks.
