Gabriel Somlo
Gabriel Somlo is a Cybersecurity Researcher at the CERT Division of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. In his several past lives, he was a UNIX admin, acquired a Ph.D. in Computer Science, became a network architect, and later an IT director. Throughout his career, he has maintained a passion for decentralized computing systems that place control and responsibility into the hands of end users. In his spare time, Gabriel enjoys contributing to Free and Open software and hardware projects.
