Digitransit is an open-source public transportation project which consists of microservices created within the Digitransit project and use of existing open-source projects. Digitransit was originally created in Finland to replace existing nation-wide and regional journey planning solutions in 2014. Digitransit has since been used around the world in smaller and larger projects, for example in Germany.

In this presentation, I will discuss and demonstrate what Digitransit is and what are the future plans for the project.
