Peter Souter is a Professional Services Engineer at PuppetLabs. He first started as in support, then development, and then operations after learning about this DevOps thing about 4 years ago. He has worked on a number of projects on both sides of the fence, as a Ruby developer and sysadmin, from large government projects to SME's and startups.
