My name is Kyle Dunn. I work professional as a Data Engineer (although I prefer "nerd") for Pivotal Software and am based in Denver, Colorado, USA. My professional background spans electric utility engineering, distributed systems/HPC, and more recently, RDBMS and data-driven workflows for enterprises. I proudly have a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado - Denver framed with academic publications ranging from heterogeneous cloud computing to direct current bus protection schemes and an Engineer in Training license.
