Originally from a farm near the west coast of North America. Graduated from University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Co-owned a small construction company before transitioning to freelance web development. After a couple of years wanted to move into an area of tech with more regular hours and job security so, naturally, joined a start up. Have been working on Puppet Labs' "Quality" (testing and automation) team for over three years now. Emphasis in test coverage, tooling development, cross platform compatibility, and Jenkins administration.
