Helene Astier
Helene Astier’s career started in 1999 at the Florida Institute of Technology where she became academically trained in Software Quality Assurance. She graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science and an MBA. Recently, she was the VP of Quality Assurance and Process Control Manager at a financial firm that underwrites billions of dollars of bonds a year. She was responsible for building the Quality Assurance Department, overhauled the SDLC processes and built metrics to monitor processes. Currently, she manages a distributed cross-functional team of 40 Quality Assurance professionals at Cars.com.
