By Bus and/or Tram
From Sunday afternoon till Sunday evening, FOSDEM provides free transportation by bus from the conference site (ULB Campus Solbosch) to the Brussels-South railway station which has the best connections to Brussels Airport and neighboring countries.
The FOSDEM bus will pick up people at the main bus stop on the Avenue de l'Université
road facing the ULB. You'll find the exact location on this map or simply follow the signs at the venue.
Based on previous years, we expect the bus to be busiest between 17:10 and 18:45. If you don't want to risk having to wait for the next bus, we advise you to leave earlier later. There are plenty of bars in the neighborhood to pass the time.

Metro/Tram/Bus lines provided by the public transport company, STIB/MIVB.

- Direction: From Stade through central Brussels towards Musée du Tram
- Stop: ULB
- Tram 25
- Direction: From Rogier (near Gare du Nord) towards Boondaal Station
- Stop: ULB
All of them stop at "ULB".
By Train
From Brussels South (a.k.a. "Bruxelles Midi", "Brussel Zuid" or "Gare du Midi") Station (about 30 minutes):
- Take the Metro line 2, direction Simonis (elisabeth)
- Get off at station Louise
- Take the tram 94, direction Herrmann-Debroux
- Get off at stop ULB.
From Brussels Central ("Bruxelles Central", "Brussel Centraal" or "Gare Centrale") station (about 20 minutes):
- Take Bus 71, direction Delta
- Get off at stop ULB.
From Brussels North ("Bruxelles Nord" or "Gare du Nord") station (about 30 minutes):
- Take Tram 25, direction Boondael Gare
- Get off at stop ULB.
From Etterbeek station (about 20 minutes (walk)):
- directions from ULB/FOSDEM to the Etterbeek train station
- timetable for Etterbeek to Bruxelles midi on Sunday at 18:30, takes 25min to Brussels South station, only a train every hour
Parking
If you come to FOSDEM by car, you can park your car on the campus. The parking is located between Janson and the K building. See the map on this page for the exact location. The entrance to the parking is next to the H building.

By Plane
From Brussels International Airport, located in Zaventem (about 50 minutes):
- Take the train to Brussels
- Get off at Brussels Central station
- Take Bus 71, direction Delta
- Get off at stop ULB.
