Bernard Dubuisson

Bernard Dubuisson is a media sociologist from ULB (1997).
After working for a research center on new media, he worked as an account manager, information architect and webdesigner for clients such as Carrefour Belgium, the Walloon administration and Peugeot Belgium-Luxemburg. He now works for the CSA (Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel), the media regulation authority for French-speaking Belgium, in the fields of audio regulation, new media and accessibility policies. He has rebuilt the institution's website from scratch using Ruby on Rails.
