Project VGA
Project VGA aims to create a fully open, low budget, VGA compatible video card. The specifications are: PCI, 100Mhz FPGA, 16MB SDRAM, VGA connector and USB for programming, all for less than 200EUR.
This talk will introduce Project VGA, it's goal and motivation, and will explain some of the design work and technology involved. When possible, initial hardware will also be demoed.
