Globulation 2
Stéphane will give a technical presentation of Globulation 2, an open source strategy game.
Stéphane will first present the overall software architecture, the design choices and some philosophical considerations about strategic games and the rationale behind Globulation 2.
Then he will detail some subsystems of particular interest for the community, such as the GUI, the path-finder, the scripting language and the network. He will conclude by a critical analysis of the development process. The presentation will save time for questions.
