Johannes Schlatow
Johannes Schlatow is a lifelong learner with an early passion for computer systems and programming. Due to his unwillingness to accept impracticability, he found himself contributing to various open-source projects. With his educational background in computer engineering, he has touched topics across the entire hardware/software stack: from hardware design (FPGA) to application development.
Johannes got in contact with the Genode OS Framework in 2014 when he was a real-time systems researcher at TU Braunschweig. At that time, Genode's component-based OS design inspired his own research for more than seven years. With an ever-growing enthusiasm towards the framework he became a full-time Genode developer in 2021.
