Jim Madge
Jim has been passionate about open source since being introduced to Linux at University (although, I did once use an Ubuntu live CD before that). He went on to complete his PhD in computational chemistry and work at STFC Daresbury before his current role of Senior Research Software Engineer at The Alan Turing Institute. Jim is a volunteer core member of The Turing Way and is co-lead of the infrastructure working group which focuses on how systems and automation can enhance the book and contribution experience.
